The homepage is heavily over optimised with lots of unnecessary text and internal anchors.

Seriously do you think humans will read all 1741 words on your homepage?

There is currently 107 internal links from the homepage which is spreading your pagerank all over the place. How about consolidate some of the links and focus on your products that sell or products that you need to improve rankings for.

There is so much wrong on page before you even start to look at your backlinks. There is a good chance Google got hacked off with your over the top homepage and filtered you out for that reason.

I have not even taken a look at your backlinks but if they are worse than your on page SEO, be prepared for another Google smack!
